<p>The enchanting Hotel &amp; Restaurant Nestor was named in honour of the property’s last farmer and the current owner’s great grandfather, Nestor Johansén. The tradition continues with the hotel’s elegant rooms; every room is named for a much-loved animal that lived and worked on the farm. Each room has a unique style and size, so you can choose the perfect place to rest your head after indulging in the restaurant’s three- or five-course feasts.&nbsp;</p>
