We make pizza from Napolitan sour dough that has been allowed to ferment and rise for 72 hours. In our kitchen we cook locally produced fresh pasta with homemade sauce. We also have delicious salads! We use world class ingredients such as tomatoes from San Marzano D.O.P. and mozzarella from Italy.
